1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Institute's coaching, educational, and edtech services. By enrolling or using our services, users agree to these Terms.

ये नियम एवं शर्तें संस्थान द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली कोचिंग, शैक्षणिक तथा एडटेक सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। संस्थान की सेवाओं में नामांकन करने या उनका उपयोग करने पर उपयोगकर्ता इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।

2. Registration and Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

उपयोगकर्ताओं को सही एवं पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी तथा वे अपने खाते से संबंधित लॉगिन विवरण और गोपनीय जानकारी की सुरक्षा एवं गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे।

3. Courses and Services

The Institute may offer online and offline classes, recorded lectures, study materials, assessments, and related educational services. Fees and payment terms will be specified for each program or service. Refund policies will be outlined separately.

संस्थान ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन कक्षाएँ, रिकॉर्डेड व्याख्यान, अध्ययन सामग्री, मूल्यांकन तथा अन्य संबंधित शैक्षणिक सेवाएँ प्रदान कर सकता है। प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम या सेवा के लिए शुल्क एवं भुगतान संबंधी शर्तें अलग से निर्धारित की जाएँगी। रिफंड संबंधी नीतियाँ पृथक रूप से प्रकाशित की जाएँगी।

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable according to the Institute's policies. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

सभी शुल्क संस्थान की निर्धारित नीतियों के अनुसार देय होंगे। शुल्क का भुगतान न करने की स्थिति में संस्थान सेवाओं को निलंबित करने या समाप्त करने का अधिकार रखता है।

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified, fees paid are non-refundable and subject to the Institute's refund policies.

जब तक अन्यथा स्पष्ट रूप से निर्दिष्ट न किया गया हो, जमा किए गए शुल्क वापस नहीं किए जाएंगे और वे संस्थान की रिफंड नीति के अधीन होंगे।

6. Intellectual Property and Anti-Piracy

All course content, videos, notes, PDFs, tests, software, branding, and educational materials are the exclusive property of the Institute. Recording, copying, screen-recording, downloading, redistributing, reselling, sharing login credentials, or otherwise pirating content is strictly prohibited. The Institute reserves the right to take legal action against violations.

संपूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री, वीडियो, नोट्स, पीडीएफ, परीक्षाएँ, सॉफ़्टवेयर, ब्रांडिंग सामग्री तथा शैक्षणिक संसाधन संस्थान की विशिष्ट एवं अनन्य संपत्ति हैं। इनका रिकॉर्डिंग करना, प्रतिलिपि बनाना, स्क्रीन रिकॉर्डिंग करना, डाउनलोड करना, पुनर्वितरण करना, पुनर्विक्रय करना, लॉगिन विवरण साझा करना या किसी भी प्रकार से सामग्री की अनधिकृत प्रतिलिपि बनाना अथवा प्रसारित करना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है। ऐसे किसी भी उल्लंघन की स्थिति में संस्थान को उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

7. Publication Rights

The Institute may publish student results, ranks, achievements, merit lists, topper photographs, testimonials, videos, success stories, and academic accomplishments for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

संस्थान को छात्रों के परिणाम, रैंक, उपलब्धियाँ, मेरिट सूची, टॉपर छात्रों के फोटोग्राफ, प्रशंसापत्र, वीडियो, सफलता की कहानियाँ तथा शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों को शैक्षणिक, प्रचारात्मक एवं विपणन उद्देश्यों के लिए प्रकाशित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

8. WhatsApp, SMS, Email and Communications

Users expressly consent to receive communications from the Institute through WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone calls, notifications, and other communication channels regarding admissions, classes, examinations, results, promotions, updates, and administrative matters.

उपयोगकर्ता स्पष्ट रूप से इस बात के लिए अपनी सहमति प्रदान करते हैं कि संस्थान प्रवेश, कक्षाओं, परीक्षाओं, परिणामों, प्रचार संबंधी सूचनाओं, अद्यतनों तथा प्रशासनिक विषयों से संबंधित जानकारी उन्हें व्हाट्सऐप, एसएमएस, ईमेल, फोन कॉल, सूचनाओं तथा अन्य संचार माध्यमों के द्वारा भेज सकता है।

9. AI-Based Assessments and Monitoring

The Institute may use AI-assisted tools, automated evaluations, proctoring systems, plagiarism detection systems, learning analytics, and other technologies to improve academic quality, assessments, security, and user experience.

संस्थान शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता, मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया, सुरक्षा तथा उपयोगकर्ता अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने के लिए कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता आधारित उपकरणों, स्वचालित मूल्यांकन प्रणालियों, परीक्षा निगरानी प्रणालियों, साहित्यिक चोरी पहचान प्रणालियों, शिक्षण विश्लेषण प्रणालियों तथा अन्य तकनीकी साधनों का उपयोग कर सकता है।

10. Scholarships and Discounts

Scholarships, concessions, discounts, and promotional offers are granted at the sole discretion of the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to modify, revoke, or discontinue such benefits if eligibility requirements are not met or if false information is provided.

छात्रवृत्तियाँ, शुल्क रियायतें, छूट तथा प्रचारात्मक प्रस्ताव संस्थान के पूर्ण विवेकाधिकार के आधार पर प्रदान किए जाते हैं। यदि पात्रता संबंधी शर्तें पूरी नहीं की जाती हैं या गलत जानकारी प्रदान की जाती है, तो संस्थान को ऐसे लाभों में संशोधन करने, उन्हें वापस लेने या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

11. Affiliate and Referral Program

The Institute may operate affiliate, ambassador, referral, or partnership programs. Participation is subject to separate rules. The Institute reserves the right to suspend, modify, reject, or terminate participation and withhold rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

संस्थान संबद्धता, प्रतिनिधि, रेफरल या साझेदारी कार्यक्रम संचालित कर सकता है। ऐसे कार्यक्रमों में सहभागिता अलग से निर्धारित नियमों एवं शर्तों के अधीन होगी। धोखाधड़ी, दुरुपयोग या नीतियों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में संस्थान को सहभागिता को निलंबित करने, संशोधित करने, अस्वीकार करने या समाप्त करने तथा पुरस्कारों या लाभों को रोकने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

12. Limitation of Liability

The Institute does not guarantee examination success, admissions, employment, placements, or specific academic outcomes.

संस्थान परीक्षा में सफलता, प्रवेश प्राप्ति, रोजगार, नियुक्ति या किसी विशिष्ट शैक्षणिक परिणाम की कोई गारंटी नहीं देता है।

13. Termination

The Institute may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, misconduct, piracy, non-payment, fraud, or misuse of services.

संस्थान को नीतियों के उल्लंघन, अनुचित आचरण, सामग्री की अनधिकृत प्रतिलिपि या प्रसार, शुल्क का भुगतान न करने, धोखाधड़ी अथवा सेवाओं के दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में उपयोगकर्ता की सेवाओं तक पहुँच को निलंबित करने या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

14. Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.

संस्थान को किसी भी समय इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने, परिवर्तन करने या उन्हें पूर्णतः प्रतिस्थापित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। अद्यतन संस्करण प्रकाशित किए जाने के साथ ही प्रभावी हो जाएंगे।

Enrollment in any batch, course, or educational service offered by the Institute constitutes the student's acknowledgment that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any related policies and guidelines issued from time to time.

संस्थान द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले किसी भी बैच, पाठ्यक्रम या शैक्षणिक सेवा में नामांकन करना इस बात की पुष्टि माना जाएगा कि छात्र ने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों तथा समय-समय पर जारी की जाने वाली संबंधित नीतियों एवं दिशानिर्देशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ लिया है, उन्हें समझ लिया है और उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमति प्रदान की है।
