1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to students who enroll in batches, courses, programs, or educational services offered by Edu Teria Edutech Private Limited. By purchasing or enrolling in any batch, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

यह रिफंड नीति Edu Teria Edutech Private Limited द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले बैचों, पाठ्यक्रमों, कार्यक्रमों या शैक्षिक सेवाओं में नामांकन करने वाले छात्रों पर लागू होती है। किसी भी बैच, पाठ्यक्रम, कार्यक्रम या शैक्षिक सेवा की खरीद या नामांकन करने पर, छात्र यह स्वीकार करता/करती है और इस रिफंड नीति की सभी शर्तों एवं नियमों से सहमत होता/होती है।

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Students may request a refund only within 7 days from the date of enrollment and only if:

• The batch has not commenced

OR

• The student has not accessed a substantial portion of the course content, study material, tests, or classes.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Institute's designated communication channels.

छात्र नामांकन की तिथि से केवल [7] दिनों के भीतर ही रिफंड का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं, और वह भी केवल निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में:

• बैच प्रारंभ नहीं हुआ हो।

या

• छात्र ने पाठ्यक्रम की सामग्री, अध्ययन सामग्री, परीक्षाओं या कक्षाओं के किसी महत्वपूर्ण भाग का उपयोग या अभिगमन (Access) नहीं किया हो।

सभी रिफंड अनुरोध संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित आधिकारिक संचार माध्यमों के माध्यम से लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत किए जाने चाहिए।

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund shall be provided under the following circumstances:

• The batch has commenced and the student has attended classes.
• Course materials, recordings, notes, tests, or other educational resources have been accessed or downloaded.
• The student decides to discontinue for personal reasons.
• Failure to attend classes.
• Change in personal schedule or availability.
• Dissatisfaction arising from lack of effort, attendance, or academic performance.

निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में कोई रिफंड प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा:

• बैच प्रारंभ हो चुका हो और छात्र कक्षाओं में उपस्थित हो चुका हो।
• पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री, रिकॉर्डिंग, नोट्स, परीक्षाएं या अन्य शैक्षिक संसाधनों का उपयोग या डाउनलोड किया गया हो।
• छात्र ने व्यक्तिगत कारणों से नामांकन बंद करने का निर्णय लिया हो।
• कक्षाओं में उपस्थित न होना।
• व्यक्तिगत कार्यक्रम या उपलब्धता में बदलाव।
• परिश्रम, उपस्थिति या शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन की कमी से उत्पन्न असंतोष।

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund shall be processed within 15–30 business days through the original payment method or any other method determined by the Institute. Any applicable administrative, payment gateway, transaction, processing, or registration charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

यदि रिफंड अनुरोध स्वीकृत हो जाता है, तो रिफंड राशि 15–30 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर मूल भुगतान माध्यम या संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित किसी अन्य माध्यम से संसाधित की जाएगी। रिफंड योग्य राशि में से लागू प्रशासनिक शुल्क, पेमेंट गेटवे शुल्क, लेन-देन शुल्क, प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क या पंजीकरण शुल्क की कटौती की जा सकती है।

5. Batch Cancellation by Institute

If the Institute cancels a batch and is unable to provide an alternative batch or equivalent service, eligible students may receive a refund as determined by the Institute.

यदि संस्थान किसी बैच को रद्द कर देता है और उसके स्थान पर कोई वैकल्पिक बैच या समकक्ष सेवा प्रदान करने में असमर्थ रहता है, तो पात्र छात्रों को संस्थान के निर्णयानुसार रिफंड प्रदान किया जा सकता है।

6. Transfer of Enrollment

Instead of a refund, the Institute may offer, at its sole discretion:

• Transfer to another batch.
• Credit toward another course or service.
• Rescheduling of enrollment.

रिफंड प्रदान करने के स्थान पर, संस्थान अपने पूर्ण विवेकाधिकार के आधार पर निम्नलिखित विकल्प प्रदान कर सकता है:

• छात्र का स्थानांतरण किसी अन्य बैच में।
• किसी अन्य पाठ्यक्रम या सेवा के लिए क्रेडिट प्रदान करना।
• नामांकन को पुनर्निर्धारित करना।

7. Exceptional Circumstances

The Institute may consider special refund requests on compassionate or exceptional grounds. Approval of such requests shall be entirely at the Institute's sole discretion and shall not create a precedent for future cases.

संस्थान मानवीय या विशेष परिस्थितियों के आधार पर विशेष रिफंड अनुरोधों पर विचार कर सकता है। ऐसे अनुरोधों की स्वीकृति पूर्णतः संस्थान के एकमात्र विवेकाधिकार पर निर्भर करेगी और इसे भविष्य के मामलों के लिए किसी मिसाल के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा।

8. Policy Changes

The Institute reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication through official communication channels.

संस्थान को किसी भी समय इस रिफंड नीति में संशोधन, परिवर्तन या अद्यतन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। इस नीति के अद्यतन संस्करण संस्थान के आधिकारिक संचार माध्यमों के माध्यम से प्रकाशित किए जाने के साथ ही प्रभावी हो जाएंगे।
