The Institute reserves the right to publish student results, marks, grades, percentages, rankings, merit lists, distinctions, awards, examination outcomes, and academic achievements through websites, mobile applications, student portals, notice boards, printed publications, social media platforms, newsletters, and media communications.

संस्थान को छात्रों के परिणाम, अंक, ग्रेड, प्रतिशत, रैंकिंग, मेरिट सूची, विशिष्ट उपलब्धियाँ, पुरस्कार, परीक्षा परिणाम तथा शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों को अपनी वेबसाइट, मोबाइल अनुप्रयोगों, छात्र पोर्टल, सूचना-पट्ट, मुद्रित प्रकाशनों, सोशल मीडिया मंचों, समाचार-पत्रिकाओं तथा अन्य मीडिया संचार माध्यमों के माध्यम से प्रकाशित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

4. Publication of Topper Information and Promotional Content

The Institute reserves the right to publish, display, reproduce, and promote the names, photographs, videos, testimonials, success stories, achievements, scores, ranks, and academic performance of toppers and successful students for educational, informational, branding, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

संस्थान को उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले तथा सफल छात्रों के नाम, फोटोग्राफ, वीडियो, प्रशंसापत्र, सफलता की कहानियाँ, उपलब्धियाँ, अंक, रैंक तथा शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन को शैक्षिक, सूचनात्मक, ब्रांडिंग, प्रचार, विज्ञापन एवं विपणन उद्देश्यों के लिए बिना किसी अतिरिक्त पारिश्रमिक के प्रकाशित, प्रदर्शित, पुनरुत्पादित एवं प्रचारित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

5. Photographs, Videos, and Recordings

The Institute may capture and use photographs, videos, classroom recordings, webinar recordings, event recordings, interviews, and testimonials for institutional, educational, administrative, archival, promotional, and marketing purposes.

संस्थान को संस्थागत, शैक्षणिक, प्रशासनिक, अभिलेखीय, प्रचारात्मक तथा विपणन उद्देश्यों के लिए फोटोग्राफ, वीडियो, कक्षा रिकॉर्डिंग, वेबिनार रिकॉर्डिंग, कार्यक्रमों की रिकॉर्डिंग, साक्षात्कार तथा प्रशंसापत्रों को रिकॉर्ड करने और उनका उपयोग करने का अधिकार है।

6. Information Sharing

Information may be shared with government authorities, regulators, examination bodies, universities, service providers, payment processors, technology partners, auditors, legal advisors, and other authorized entities when necessary.

आवश्यक होने पर जानकारी को सरकारी प्राधिकरणों, नियामक संस्थाओं, परीक्षा संचालित करने वाले निकायों, विश्वविद्यालयों, सेवा प्रदाताओं, भुगतान प्रसंस्करण एजेंसियों, प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोगियों, लेखा परीक्षकों, विधिक सलाहकारों तथा अन्य अधिकृत संस्थाओं के साथ साझा किया जा सकता है।

संस्थान शैक्षणिक, संचालन संबंधी, विधिक, नियामकीय तथा अभिलेखीय उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक अभिलेखों को सुरक्षित रख सकता है। कुछ शैक्षणिक अभिलेख स्थायी रूप से भी सुरक्षित रखे जा सकते हैं।

The Institute may collect information regarding online classes, assessments, learning progress, platform interactions, login activity, and digital engagement to improve educational services and user experience.

संस्थान शैक्षणिक सेवाओं तथा उपयोगकर्ता अनुभव में सुधार के उद्देश्य से ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं, मूल्यांकन, अध्ययन प्रगति, मंच पर की गई गतिविधियों, लॉगिन गतिविधियों तथा डिजिटल सहभागिता से संबंधित जानकारी एकत्रित कर सकता है।

10. Institute Rights

The Institute reserves the right to maintain records, verify information, publish results and achievements, use promotional content, monitor institutional systems, comply with legal obligations, and update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

संस्थान को अभिलेखों का रखरखाव करने, प्रदान की गई जानकारी का सत्यापन करने, परिणामों एवं उपलब्धियों को प्रकाशित करने, प्रचारात्मक सामग्री का उपयोग करने, संस्थागत प्रणालियों की निगरानी करने, कानूनी दायित्वों का पालन करने तथा समय-समय पर इस गोपनीयता नीति को अद्यतन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
