Key Responsibility :
Make outbound and handle inbound calls professionally.
Explain services clearly in Hindi (mandatory).
Follow up on leads and maintain call records.
Must have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or relevant field.
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
1–2 years experience mandatory
Good Hindi communication skills
Basic English preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Good knowledge of competitive exams such as BPSC / UPSC will be preferred
