Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries.
Understand student needs and guide them with suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper records of counselling sessions and leads.
Provide clear and accurate information about courses and processes.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
1–2 years experience in counselling/telecalling preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of BPSC/UPSC or competitive exams will be an added advantage
